Private-Beta Terms

These interim terms govern participation in TORVINN’s invitation-only private beta. They will be reviewed before invitations are issued.

Purpose

TORVINN is an experimental business-decision game. The beta is provided for evaluation, enjoyment and feedback. Features, scores, rankings, cases and availability may change or be reset.

Eligibility and access

You may participate only if invited. Keep your access code and account private, provide accurate information, and do not create multiple accounts or help another person circumvent access controls.

Fair participation

Make your own decisions. Do not automate play, manipulate comparisons, exploit defects, coordinate answers, scrape content or interfere with other players. Suspected abuse may result in suspended access or removal of affected results.

Confidential beta material

Unreleased cases, outcomes, scoring methods and product features are confidential. Do not publish, forward, reproduce or commercially use them without written permission. You may discuss your general experience privately with TORVINN.

Intellectual property and feedback

TORVINN and its licensors retain their rights in the service and its content. You retain rights in feedback you create, while granting TORVINN permission to use that feedback to improve and operate the product without payment or restriction.

No professional advice

The cases are fictionalised decision exercises for recreation. They are not legal, financial, employment, investment or other professional advice and should not be used to make real-world decisions.

Availability and liability

The beta is provided as available and may contain errors. Access may be changed or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TORVINN is not responsible for indirect loss arising from beta participation.

Ending participation

You may stop participating at any time. TORVINN may suspend access to protect the beta, its players or the integrity of the competition.
