Privacy Notice
This interim notice explains the limited information TORVINN expects to process during its invitation-only private beta. It will be finalised before invitations are issued.
Information collected
We process account details such as your email address; authentication and security records; your case decisions, timing, scores and gameplay history; technical logs; and feedback you choose to provide.
How it is used
We use this information to authenticate players, operate and secure the game, calculate results, compare judgment, investigate abuse, understand beta performance and improve TORVINN.
Who receives it
Information is handled through service providers supporting TORVINN’s hosting, authentication and database infrastructure, including Vercel and Supabase. We do not sell private-beta participant information.
Comparisons and visibility
Your decisions and scores may contribute to aggregated comparisons. The beta will not publicly display your email address. Any future public profile or identifiable leaderboard feature will require clear notice and appropriate controls.
Retention and security
We retain beta information while it is needed to operate, evaluate and secure the pilot, subject to applicable legal requirements. We use access controls and server-side protections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about your information or request correction or deletion through the contact method in your beta invitation. Some records may need to be retained for security, integrity or legal reasons.
Draft for founder and legal review. The final notice must identify the responsible operator, contact details, governing privacy laws and any required international-transfer disclosures.
